About ARS
ARS is a consulting firm specialized in research and development, capacity building, project design, management and evaluation. Since its establishment in 2011, ARS has implemented more than 50 research and technical assistance projects for more than 30 different clients. ARS's primary areas of focus include democratization, governance, public policy and social services.

Aliriza Arënliu
Senior Research Expert
Aliriza serves as Assistant Professor at Department of Psychology at University of Prishtina since 2001 and holds a PhD degree in psychology from Ludwig Maxmillian University at Munich and BA and MA degree from Bogaziçi University, Istanbul in Psychological Guidance and Counseling. Until 2008, Mr. Arënliu worked as the National Professional Officer on the mental health program at the World Health Organization office in Prishtina. He was also executive director and one of the founders of Dokufest, International Documentary and Short Film Festival in Prizren, Kosovo until 2012. Aliriza is specialized in research methodology design and implementation, having led the implementation of more than 50 research projects in social services sector.

Jehona Krasniqi
Research Associate
Jehona completed the Faculty of Medicine in the University of Prishtina. Jehona was recently involved in the Quality of Care study as a data collector. Since 2013 Jehona has completed various volunteer and research assistance work on the area of health including for Ideas for Parntership, International Society for Telemedicine and e-health and SOS Children’s Villages.

Albert Krasniqi
Senior Consultant
Albert Krasniqi has significant experience leading the implementation of research projects. He has worked in multiple research organizations including KIPRED, Kosovo Democratic Institute, and Westminster Foundation for Democracy. Albert has also served as Chief of Party for the USAID-funded Support to Parliamentary Research Activity in Kosovo. Albert has experience in leading observer groups and leading field operations, having coordinated civil society efforts of Democracy in Action in observation of multiple election processes in Kosovo.

Jon Konjufca
Data Analyst
Jon is experienced in data entry, data coding, data cleaning, generation of SPSS data sets, and maintaining overall quality of research projects. Jon has worked as Data Analyst on multiple research projects at Applicative Research Solutions, Researcher at Bambus Group and Center for Global Health. Jon completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and Master’s Degree on Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Prishtina.
Levent Koro
Consultant
Levent Koro has been working for almost a decade as an expert at Word Bank, along with additional short term engagements with UNDP, ILO, SDC financed projects, during which period he was actively engaged in the process of developing several strategic documents and direct capacity building efforts mainly for central institutions in the field of employment generation, private sector development and labour markets in general. Levent has led the implementation of multiple nation-wide research projects and maintaining overall quality of data and research reporting.
