ARS facilitated eight regional workshops to discuss and identify innovative approaches to social service delivery. The workshops were attended by social service stakeholders including representatives of Centers for Social Work, licensed non-governmental organizations and service users. The notes from the workshop fed into the report on innovations for social service delivery, that will inform the implementation of the program by Save the Children Kosova/o within the EU funded Action ‘Strengthening Provision of Social Services for the Most Vulnerable Groups in Kosovo, in Response to COVID-19’.
