ARS completed an analysis of the legal framework on financing of political parties in Kosovo. This included a review of challenges and prospects of enforcing political party annual and campaign finance regulations, a comparative analysis of best practices and international standards, and recommendations for reform in legislation. The analysis was prepared upon request of members of parliament of the Assembly of Kosovo and fed into the amendments of legislation on financing of political parties.
