For several years ARS was contracted by DOKUFEST to conduct a visitor’s satisfaction survey for the DOKUFEST film festival held during August 2019 in Prizren, Kosovo. The purpose of the research is to assess visitor’s responses on a range of issues related to their visit including: frequency of Dokufest visits, satisfaction with Dokufest film/arts/cultural activities, satisfaction with food and accommodation services. The data from the field, conclusions and recommendations deriving from the response of visitors are used by DOKUFEST to manage, plan and improve upcoming DOKUFEST film festivals that are held in annual basis.
