ARS was engaged by Save the Children Kosovo to conduct to analyze costs per unit for three types of social services being provided in Kosovo: a. Costs per unit (client) for providing daily, residential, and domestic services for elderly people. b. Costs per unit (client) for providing daily, residential, and family services for family services for people with disabilities. c. Costs per unit (client) for providing residential and day services for victims of violence and trafficking. The scope of the assessment includes conducting survey for community based services about the costing structure for delivery of the social services and prepare a comprehensive report.
