ARS was engaged by Helvetas Swissintercooperaiton to conduct tracer study for the beneficiaries trained by the HELVETAS project. The scope of the study included conducting survey with 300 beneficiaries through looking at their existing employment status and income levels and compare it with their employment status and income level before the Project intervention. ARS has prepared a comprehensive report about the results of the study for HELVETAS needs.
