ARS was hired by SOS Fshatrat e Femijeve Kosove to conduct external evaluation of Family Strengthening project in Fushe Kosove. The scope of the evaluation reviewed the progress made by the project in line with the principles of (i) relevance, (ii) effectiveness, (iii) efficiency; (iv) sustainability and (v) participation. The project covered social services offered to families with vulnerable children. The evaluation also provided an assessment of the needs and potentials for a continuation or up scaling of the initiative.
