ARS was engaged by Save the Children Kosovo to conduct baseline assessment of “Support for better social services for the most vulnerable groups” project. The scope of the assessment included conducting survey with about 500 social service users about the quality and availability of social services offered by various social service providers and prepare a comprehensive report.
