ARS was engaged by Save the Children Kosovo to conduct a mid-term assessment of “Community Based Services for Children with Disabilities” project. The scope of the evaluation included applying both quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection. The methods used for conducting this assessment comprised of (1) desk review that included reviewing key project related documents, (2) completion of questionnaire with both beneficiaries (CWD) as well as parents/ caregivers from both community based service centers and (3) organization of in-depth interviews with key stakeholders to collect information on a set of indicators in the intervention logic of the Project. The mid-term review assessed (i) progress towards results, (ii) project implementation and management arrangements and (iii) sustainability of the interventions.
